We've had three motor homes.  The most recent and perfect for this adventure is the Phoenix Cruiser model 2551.  This is the floor plan, but we have an electric couch that we sleep on instead of the dinette.

We love this motor home.  It is easily maneuvered and we can park it on streets in down towns.  It provides a lot of walk around room and visually is much larger, although it is only 2 feet longer than our small Phoenix Cruiser.  Visibility is fine.

This is the heavy duty Ford E 450.  I think the heavy duty is a must and I would not buy another without it.  Its has a far better ride, less jangling, far better braking, and it is surer steering and road tracking.  The wheel base is 40 inches longer than the E 350.  Although the turning radius is a bit wider, it provides a really good ride and feel.

Before this one, we had the a blue  version of the Phoenix 2523, but it was too small.

Our Allegro Bay, which we started with, was too large and chunky.  We pulled an F 150 to carry our bikes and total rig measured around 63 feet.  Ugh.
