Crystals is located in a major new shopping area just outside of Easton on Route 322.  It's a new store and the day Cathy and I visited was manned by Crystals family.

Linda (who is from Washington State.    Certainly Linda is well versed in the intricacies of coffee roasting.  She comes from the home of specialty coffee, the state of Washington.
